By purchasing, accessing, or using INFUSTUDIOS services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

INFUSTUDIOS provides prepaid digital subscription access intended for future use upon official commercial launch.

The purchase is for future entertainment, digital streaming, application usage and subscription-based services.

2. No Financial Interest

Purchases do not represent securities, shares, equity, ownership, debt instruments or investment contracts.

No profits, yields, dividends, royalties, passive income or financial returns are offered.

3. Subscription Purchase

By purchasing a prepaid subscription, you secure the applicable future-access rights and pricing associated with the selected plan.

Access commencement is estimated at approximately three years from 01 June 2026. Launch dates are estimates and may change.

4. Device Usage

Users may register multiple devices. However, a maximum of two simultaneous active streams/screens is permitted.

5. Refund Policy

A 24-hour cooling-off refund window applies from the time of purchase. After that period, purchases are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

6. Development Changes

Features, timelines, roadmap items and release schedules may change during development.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content, software, graphics, audio, video, branding, interfaces, code and documentation remain the property of Endohedral Fuller Ltd and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, subject to mandatory legal rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to mandatory consumer laws applicable to the user.

IP addresses, device identifiers and session activity may be processed for security, fraud prevention, simultaneous-screen enforcement and licensing purposes.

3. Marketing

Users may receive service announcements, platform updates and promotional communications. Promotional communications may be unsubscribed from where applicable.

4. Data Retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

5. User Rights

Users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information depending on applicable law.

Purchases include a 24-hour cooling-off refund period from the time of purchase.

2. After 24 Hours

After the cooling-off period, purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

3. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary according to the payment provider.
